Clients subscribing to any software, platform, or digital tools provided by SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd. agree to the following terms and conditions:

Subscription & Access

Access to the software is granted on a subscription basis upon successful registration and full payment of the applicable subscription fee. Access will remain valid for the subscription period specified at the time of purchase.

User Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd.

Payment & Renewal

The subscription fee must be paid in full before access to the software is activated. Subscriptions may be renewed upon payment of the applicable renewal fee before the expiration date. Failure to renew may result in suspension or termination of access.

Non-Refundable Policy

Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd.

Usage Restrictions

Subscribers agree not to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the software or any associated content without prior written permission from SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd. The software must be used only for lawful and intended purposes.

Service Availability

While SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd. strives to ensure uninterrupted access to the software, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from temporary interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical issues.

Data & Security

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data entered into the software. SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd. will take reasonable measures to maintain system security but shall not be liable for losses resulting from incorrect data entry, third-party breaches, or user negligence.

Support Services

Technical support, updates, or customization services may be provided based on the applicable support plan or service agreement.

Termination of Access

SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the software if the subscriber violates these terms, engages in misuse of the platform, or fails to comply with payment obligations.

Limitation of Liability

SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software or services.

Changes to Subscription Terms

SustainRepo Tech Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify subscription terms, pricing, or features at any time. Any updates will be communicated through the website or official communication channels.
